With a passion for real estate and her Pasco County community, Katie Grimes Gonzalez of RE/MAX CHAMPIONS prides herself on giving her clients superior service. Katie specializes in Luxury Homes, Waterfront Homes, Residential Resale and New Construction in Pasco County.

Katie has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1999 and is well-versed in the ever-changing Pasco real estate market. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and holds the AHWD, PSA, ePRO, and RESA® CSA™ designations and certifications. Prior to beginning her real estate career, Katie was in corporate marketing and sales operations for many years. She will use this experience to expertly market your property and negotiate with your best interest in mind.
